A company is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Director for a Dedicated Client Account.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide formal supervision, training, and development of staff, oversee recruiting and hiring
  • Implement and manage recruitment strategy programs, develop relationships with business leaders and clients
  • Prepare and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, drive performance metrics, and recommend staffing process enhancements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 10-12 years of relevant leadership and talent acquisition experience
  • Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management preferred
  • Leadership skills to set and achieve targets, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Expert organizational skills and sophisticated math abilities
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
