A company is looking for an Account Development Specialist (Remote) within the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in discovery, use case specific infrastructure requirements, & full stack value of the product
- Focus on daily and weekly direct customer engagements via various sources and drive product adoption
- Liaise with accounts teams, partner resellers & product sales specialists to ensure customer needs are met
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales development/customer success/interfacing/engagement role
- Experience with SaaS preferred
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- CCNA certification preferred
