Senior VP Provider Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Provider Relations for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive provider relations strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead efforts to expand and enhance the organization’s provider network
• Implement initiatives to engage and support healthcare providers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare provider relations, contracting, and network management
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with healthcare providers
• Experience in leadership and team management
• In-depth experience and enthusiasm for value-based care, including bundles and other alternative payment models
