Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying gaps and opportunities in the member and care team experience
• Owning the design process from concept development to launch
• Collaborating closely with product teams and end users

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in design solutions
• At least 2 years of experience within an in-house product team
• Experience balancing conceptual thinking with user needs and business goals
• Strong visual aesthetic and experience creating visual systems
• Experience owning the design process from concept to launch
