Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct organizational needs assessments through various methods
- Design and deliver customized OD interventions and training programs
- Facilitate workshops, retreats, and training sessions for employees at various levels
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in organizational development or change management
- Experience with federal agency operations and HR policies
- Familiarity with OPM guidelines and federal human capital frameworks
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
