Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct organizational needs assessments through various methods
  • Design and deliver customized OD interventions and training programs
  • Facilitate workshops, retreats, and training sessions for employees at various levels

Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in organizational development or change management
  • Experience with federal agency operations and HR policies
  • Familiarity with OPM guidelines and federal human capital frameworks
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
