Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years managing Sales Agents
  • Possession of a Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Proficiency with sales software and data analysis tools
  • Flexibility to work occasional Saturday shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment
