A company is looking for a Director of Real Estate Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the master list of all real estate properties and develop optimization plans for each location
• Prioritize locations for realignment to match local needs with space utilization and costs
• Collaborate with senior leaders to build a long-term real estate strategy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate portfolio management or similar field
• Familiarity with real estate portfolio management and leasing experience preferred
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to drive data-driven conclusions
• Track record of successful property portfolio management
