Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Real Estate Assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and optimization of lease-related activities within the organization
• Prioritize locations for realignment to match local needs with space utilization and related costs
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop longer-term real estate strategy and align leased space with company vision

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 10 years experience in real estate portfolio management or similar field
• Familiarity with real estate portfolio management and leasing experience preferred
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to drive data-driven conclusions
• Deep industry knowledge and successful property portfolio management track record
