Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand merchants’ goals and design solutions to meet their objectives and technical requirements
• Develop technical vision and implementation roadmap for product rollout
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, service offerings, and product features

Required Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of experience in merchant-facing technical roles in SaaS/e-commerce
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and supply chain logistics
• Proficiency in using APIs, SQL, or scripting languages like Ruby or Python
• High EQ and interpersonal skills with a track record of managing initiatives cross-functionally
• Experience with small and medium businesses and/or tech, with high-growth startup experience preferred
