Associate Dean Competency Education

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Dean, Competency Based Education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead program, course, competency, and content development efforts
• Provide operational oversight and support for the Competency-based Education team
• Engage with external partners and support program growth

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Communication, Media Studies, Strategic Communication, or related discipline
• At least one year of related experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated experience in online education and making data-driven decisions
• Understanding of learning science and ability to reason about complex problems
