Experimentation Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a senior Data Scientist for Experimentation Data Science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive experimentation execution practices and analyses to enable trustworthy decisions at scale
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and data science teams to develop and adopt novel ways to increase the speed of the experimentation lifecycle
• Lead the organization in scaling experimentation practices and statistical methods in a large-scale organization

Required Qualifications:

• Masters in a quantitative subject or relevant work experience
• 3+ years of industry experience in data science and experimentation domain
• Experience with causal inference, multi-arm bandits, reinforcement learning, and non-parametric methods
• Expertise in SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud data environments
• Agile development mindset with a focus on business practicality and constant iteration
