Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced product demos and assist in closing deals
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting guidance, and help customers utilize product features
• Act as a liaison between various teams to drive new product ideas and feature development

Required Qualifications:

• Several years of solutions engineering experience in SaaS
• Baseline understanding of computer science principles and ability to work with APIs
• Technical background and familiarity with webhooks, APIs, and programming concepts
• Basic experience with frontend JavaScript and backend Node
• Comfortable with problem-solving and working on multiple projects simultaneously
