Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing administration of retirement plans and analyzing benefit plan coverage
• Assisting in benefit delivery planning and policy development
• Managing communication materials, system audits, and benefit-related data

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts degree
• Experience with retirement plan administration and HRIS systems
• 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits
• Certified Employee Benefit Specialist or HR Certification Institute certification
