Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as DRI for training-related requests and manage training facilitation
  • Oversee onboarding processes and best practices for Customer Success and Member Success teams
  • Develop and execute training programs on products and tools for customer success teams

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years experience in customer success, training, or operational teams
  • Experience in building training materials and workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Atlassian tools, and enablement tools
  • Experience in developing SOPs and maintaining training documentation
  • Prior exposure to high-growth work environments
