Senior Manager Quality Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Development – Quality Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high standards in product effectiveness and quality through test automation
• Collaborate with company leaders to drive department strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead recruitment, training, and mentoring of staff to build a strong quality engineering team

Required Qualifications:

• Background in software engineering with a focus on quality assurance
• Degree in Management, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in test automation and quality engineering
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in test automation and quality assurance
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
