Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate proposal production process for both informal and RFP proposals
• Analyze RFP requirements and develop customized proposal responses
• Review, edit, and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Adobe Suite products, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat Professional
• Experience with utilizing a CRM tool, such as Salesforce
• Ability to assess and evaluate information effectively
• Exemplary time management and organizational skills
