Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager for a remote position in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management, financial analysis, site selection, stakeholder management, permitting, construction oversight, risk management, reporting, and market research
• Manage all aspects of development projects from site evaluation through entitlement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project success and completion

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Real Estate Development, or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in commercial real estate development
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of commercial real estate practices, terminology, and market trends
• Must be open to working eastern time zone hours
