Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Strategy Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop strategic direction and growth plans
• Lead market analysis and identify growth opportunities and partnerships
• Support Sales and Marketing with roadmap development and execution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 2+ years of strategy consulting experience at top-tier firms
• Prior experience in a Commercial role at an early-stage health startup
• Passion for mental health and understanding of the mental health landscape
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to change
