Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Global Product and Technology Transformation Office
• Drive transformation initiatives and process management for Financial Operations
• Develop and execute a comprehensive vision/strategy for people, process, and tools alignment

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Technology, with 3 years in a leadership role
• In-depth understanding of software development methodologies
• Proficiency in analyzing data and using metrics for operational improvements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
• Demonstrated experience in driving change management and transformation initiatives
