State Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marriage and Family Counselor for a Government Intelligence Customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical counseling directly to personnel, including assessment, consultation, and referral
• Offer counseling and mental health services in the marital and family context
• Develop and implement programs for group therapy sessions and workshops

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in counseling, counseling psychology, community counseling, or social work
• Active professional license to conduct marriage and family counseling from one of the 50 states or DC
• 3+ years of experience as a Marriage and Family Counselor
• Experience providing behavioral health support to military, intelligence, and/or federal communities
• Top Secret with SCI polygraph clearance or willingness to obtain it
