Content Manager Private Funds Investment Law

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Manager in Private Equity and Investment Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating in team initiatives and projects to support managers and other business partners
• Creating and updating authoritative, accurate, up-to-date practical insights
• Managing external author content and developing author relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in all Microsoft Office applications and online legal research
• J.D. or equivalent law degree with at least one bar accreditation in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Proven relevant private funds/alternative investments practice at a large law firm or private investment firm
• Subject matter expertise in U.S. investment management laws
• Recent experience in drafting legal content such as client newsletters, law journal articles, or CLE presentations
