VP Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President – Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite various Borrower consents on loans in the Servicing portfolio
• Manage the entire Lender consent process for high-profile transactions
• Maintain a pipeline of 20-30 transactions and oversee team development

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of commercial real estate finance and mortgage documentation
• Experience with McCracken Strategy and government guidelines
• Training and development experience in a similar position
• Five to seven years of prior experience in a similar role
