A company is looking for a Bilingual Onboarding Consultant – Spanish Speaking

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage restaurant operations knowledge to partner with owners through product implementation
• Enable restaurant teams to utilize software for daily operations management
• Create and lead customer implementation plans, ensuring targeted milestones are met

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish & English
• 2+ years of COGS and inventory analysis in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Industries
• 3+ years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations
• Experience using a POS software and Salesforce CRM is a plus
• Training, teaching, or development experience is beneficial
