Virtual Primary Care Provider

Job Summary

A healthcare organization is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a 100% virtual primary care role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans for patients
• Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs and make appropriate referrals to specialists
• Provide treatment within the scope of practice and refer patients to physicians for issues outside of scope

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
• Training as an APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA
• At least two years of post-graduate experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Reside in the state of Connecticut
