A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer III.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in laser technology and customer/technical support
- Creating training syllabus for new product releases and troubleshooting problems independently
- Developing trending data from support information and collaborating with different departments for service specifications
Qualifications:
- At least eight years’ experience in a technical environment
- A.S. degree in electronics or equivalent with relevant experience
- Ability to assess and report on staff/distributor capabilities
- Proficiency in gathering technical and customer data using departmental software
- Experience in reviewing and editing troubleshooting guides and tech memos
