Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain digital community initiatives, including Community Slack and Discourse forum
• Host key digital programs, engage with community members, and collaborate with internal teams
• Analyze community engagement metrics and make data-driven decisions for future programming

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in digital marketing, program management, engagement, or community role
• Experience with data analytics and/or working closely with data professionals
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Enthusiastic about building connections among diverse backgrounds and roles
• Passionate about communities and eager to develop community programs
