Senior Counsel Biotech Patent Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Patent — Biotech Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and execute a global intellectual property strategy for biotech manufacturing operations
• Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications worldwide
• Provide legal advice, counsel, and support on various IP-related matters

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• 10+ years of experience in patent or intellectual property law, preferably in biotechnology
• Degree in a relevant field such as chemical engineering, molecular biology, or biochemistry
• Experience in identifying and filing patent applications related to biologics manufacturing technologies
