Senior Manager Systems Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Systems Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of systems engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with business goals and ensure seamless integration with application development
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and reliability in the existing on-prem environment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years leading an engineering team, focusing on infrastructure and SRE
• Experience managing and scaling on-prem infrastructure services
• Proven track record of migrating services to cloud environments
• Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and experience with relevant tools
