Key Responsibilities:
- Complete case intake process for software customization projects
- Develop solutions and create estimates and work orders
- Drive internal feedback cycles to refine scoping efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, training, or technology
- 2-3 years of software consulting experience or custom solution delivery experience
- Ability to analyze SQL data
- Experience in accounting and construction project management principles
- Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum Software platform and construction industry is preferred
