Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist department leadership in building the roadmap for success across Loyalty, Experiences, and DK Shop
  • Develop and implement a KPI-based approach to decision making across Loyalty & Experiences groups
  • Identify gaps and optimization opportunities to inject more efficiency into the Loyalty & Experiences organization

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in Consulting, Operations or Business Development
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and navigate constantly evolving business environments
  • Develop and maintain a technical environment and manage a broad slate of ongoing projects
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake
