Business Transformation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Transformation Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support businesses in designing and implementing transformation projects to drive growth
• Manage project pipeline prioritization for senior leaders
• Work closely with executives to define project needs and provide updates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma/GED and 14 years experience in the same field
• Financial Services or Management Consulting experience
• Strategy experience, preferably at the Engagement Manager/Manager/Project Leader level
• MBA from a top business school or other graduate degree preferred
• Executive-level presence and ability to develop senior-level relationships
