Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site experience engineering team in launching new features, fixing bugs, and refactoring legacy code on a custom Shopify ecommerce storefront
• Implement engineering support and software release processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards and privacy frameworks
• Foster a culture of collaboration, test-driven development, and code documentation while managing technical roadmap and participating in code reviews

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• 6+ years in software engineering and 1+ years in a people leadership role
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Liquid, Agile processes, modern JavaScript frameworks, Shopify plus, and cloud services
• Experience with marketing technology operations, ERPs, and integration engineering
• Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity, and initiative to lead projects
