A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and validate business/technology requirements to define project impact and outcome criteria
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications for developers
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing and track requirement status throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field
• 5-7 years of related experience
• Experience with Data Processing and Agile Software Development
• Knowledge of health care payer business functions and operations
