AWS Connect Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Connect Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, development, and delivery of solutions on IVR solution
• Develop efficient and high-performance call flows
• Support existing architecture and code, ensuring DevOps practices are followed

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IVR Call Flow, telephony, and Speech Recognition
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
• Experience with Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambdas, DevOps, RDS, Kinesis Data, S3, CloudFormation, CI/CD, Node.js
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, or other OOB language
• Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
