Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of talent acquisition experience in tech recruiting
  • Background in global recruiting with success in sourcing top talent internationally
  • Degree in organizational psychology, talent management, HR, or related field
  • Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments at scale
  • Experience leading teams in international markets preferred
