Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the division in change projects and initiatives, assessing impacts and developing mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in change management, process improvement, or continuous improvement
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and drive work independently
- Understanding of project management methodologies and change management techniques
- Demonstrated success in managing change initiatives in a team-based environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to business process design and technology solutions
