Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global benefits strategy supporting employee well-being, retention, and attraction
- Design, implement, and manage competitive global benefits programs
- Analyze benefits data and trends to drive continuous improvement and cost management
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits management
- Deep knowledge of global benefits trends, practices, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with Workday and administering self-funded health insurance plans
- Ability to lead initiatives from conception through implementation
- Demonstrated ability to present data effectively to influence decision-makers
