A company is looking for a Regional Vice President, Civilian Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Civilian Federal Government Sales team in identifying and engaging new customers
- Coach and develop the sales team to foster a high-performing environment
- Establish sales KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage operational excellence
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of Sales leadership experience in enterprise software sector
- Experience in enterprise SaaS Sales teams focused on ARR, NRR, and NPS
- History of leading national or regional sales teams with revenue attainment of $70M+
- Technically savvy to communicate the value of the platform and solutions
- National travel required
