Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the creation and execution of the technology strategy, including data architecture and engineering
• Hire, onboard, and develop top-tier engineering talent
• Rapidly build a scalable platform to automate and optimize current systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years experience and 4+ years leadership experience in a startup or established company
• Highly technical with expertise in infrastructure, architecture, mobile development, and devops
• Experience leading a high performance engineering team
• Direct experience working on a two-sided platform or marketplace
