A company is looking for a Customer Experience Operations Lead in Revenue Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a partner and advisor to the Head of Partner Experience, defining and implementing goals and programs
  • Develop and prioritize operational areas of focus, manage new initiatives, and provide training for the team
  • Work on operational and data needs across the customer lifecycle, establish KPIs, and maintain forecasting models

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant operations experience, including 3+ years supporting a GTM team
  • Expertise in CRM automation and reporting, with a preference for Gainsight experience
  • Experience planning and operationalizing new initiatives for a customer-facing team
  • Experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building efficient processes
