Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize call center solutions

- Develop strategies for seamless customer interactions across omnichannel platforms
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years in call center operations, with at least 5 years focused on solution design
- Proven track record of successful call center implementations
- Certification in relevant technologies is a plus
