LMS Development Specialist – Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an LMS Development Specialist – Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and build comprehensive training modules for call center agents using Coassemble
• Transform existing training content into engaging LMS modules and identify gaps for new material
• Ensure training materials comply with industry standards, collaborate with stakeholders, and align training with business goals

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in LMS and training development, preferably in contact center or healthcare
• Familiarity with Coassemble or similar LMS platforms
• Experience in contact center operations or health plan training, knowledge of HIPAA regulations, and healthcare member experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage training materials and identify content gaps
