Proposal Technical Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify key hot button issues, potential local partners, and participate in proposal design meetings
• Support the development of win themes, conduct document reviews, and write technical sections of proposals

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or relevant experience in the field
• Experience in developing proposals for USG donors, preferably USAID and USDA
• Background in Agriculture and Environmental programming
• 5+ years of international development programming experience or similar role
• International experience in Latin America & the Caribbean is preferred
