Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Engineering for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive insurance business transformation and provide leadership to Agile teams
• Address project dependencies, identify risks, and report on team progress
• Cultivate a culture of high performance, mentor team members, and execute change management processes

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on development or solutions engineering experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multiple scrum teams
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and SDLC
• Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
