Senior Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Accounting and Head Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve Property-Level Reporting Scalability
• Communicate with Key Stakeholders
• Innovate new ways to report and analyze property-level performance

Required Qualifications:

• At least 12 years of experience leading accounting/reporting teams in the Hotel industry
• Significant experience with hotel management agreement reporting standards and GAAP
• Experience with corporate company-level reporting and equity accounting
• CPA license preferred
• Experience working with product/tech teams to develop accounting solutions
