Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement strategies to enhance business processes and communication tactics
• Develop and deploy learning programs and content for sales and customer support teams
• Support sales productivity and performance through training, communication, and process improvement

Qualifications:

• 5 years of enablement or training experience
• 5 years of Salesforce experience preferred
• 3 years of sales or customer-facing role experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s or Graduate degree preferred
• Demonstrated success in training adult learning and knowledge management
