Sr Manager Customer IT Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer IT Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful implementation of software products and customized IT solutions for customers
• Develop detailed project plans, mitigate risks, and track project profitability
• Coordinate with internal teams, conduct quality assurance, and continuously improve implementation processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10-12 years of customer-facing Project Management experience in software implementation
• Experience in Agile methods, IT procedures, and project budget management
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Competency in leading other project managers in customer-facing functions
