Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Drug Development & Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and coordinating comprehensive plans and progress of all teams working on the asset
• Compiling and maintaining integrated cross-functional project plans aligned with corporate strategy
• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to set up effective project communications and manage change towards common goals

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in health-related discipline or equal by experience
• At least 10 years of drug development experience in distinct phases of development in different disease areas
• At least 5 years of Program Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment, preferably cross-cultural
• Genuine interest and some experience in people management
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or Clinical Development is an advantage
