Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical vision for the Data Lake team, aligning with company goals and driving strategic outcomes through innovative data solutions
• Oversee the design and implementation of high-throughput data solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency
• Partner with various teams to enhance and expand the self-service data platform to meet organizational needs

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in data engineering and software development
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, data access, and cloud-based Data Lakehouses
• Proven track record of building reliable, high-uptime systems that exceed performance expectations
• Experience in translating business needs into well-defined projects and executing solutions
• Passion for emerging technologies and ability to evaluate and choose the right tools for innovation
