Senior VP of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, lead financial planning and analysis, and provide strategic recommendations
• Oversee all financial management aspects, ensure accuracy of financial statements, and manage cash flow and financial risks
• Lead and mentor the finance team, act as primary point of contact for financial stakeholders, and evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in the software industry or technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices
• Preference for candidates with private equity experience or leading finance teams at private equity-backed companies
